Helium Platform 2 Bike Rack

Thule came to Ideaz to help shape the latest addition to their hitch bike rack lineup.  Our wealth of knowledge both using and designing a wide variety of these products allowed us to hit the ground running.

With a basic structure in place from the client, we developed a range of concepts that focus on bettering the user experience, while maintaining the iconic Thule brand aesthetic.  Ideaz also worked toward improving the methods for assembly, thus saving cost throughout the project.

The quick turnaround by the Ideaz team on this project allowed Thule to quickly get the Helium Platform 2 bike rack into production and out to all the major international bike shows. This has led to being written up in many of the top gear articles.
